Student/Parent Help Desk Form

Fill out the form below and the tech staff will try and answer you within two business days.  Include your valid email address so we can reply back.

Procedure for getting iPads fixed:  
Students/parents should tell their teacher about the device.  Teachers will put in help desks to the tech department, if needed.

Procedure for getting Netbooks fixed:

Take your netbook to the high school office.  The Office staff will have you fill out a form that is left with the device.  All stickers must be on the device.  If insurance is involved, Mr. Hecomivich needs to see the device and talk to the student.  Someone from the tech staff will pick the device up to fix it.  When the netbook is finished, the student will be called back down to the office.
