This is my fourth year teaching at Kingsland and it is one of the most rewarding experiences I have had. I received my Master's Degree from Grand Canyon University and I hold an Academic Behavioral Strategist license. This means I am able to service students in the disability categories: autism spectrum disorders (ASD), developmental cognitive disability (DCD), emotional or behavioral disorders (EBD), other health disabilities (OHD), and specific learning disability (SLD). My husband Eric and I attended Kingsland and we are proud that our sons have also joined the Kingsland Knights. Our sons are pictured on the left; Luke (12th grade), Seth (7th grade), Cody (5th grade) and Quin (preschool). Our boys activities include sports, band, choir, National Honor Society, year book, and FFA, so you may see us at many school events.
I am here in the building school days from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It is easiest to reach me by email. My e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also call me through the school office at 507-346-7276 extension 1108 from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. You are welcome to leave a voicemail by calling my extension 507-346-7276 ext 1108. I will get back to you within 2 school days.
My classroom is located in room N114. I share my classroom with another special education teacher. If you would like to set up a meeting with me please call or email me to set one up. Because my classroom is a shared space I do need to make prior arrangements to insure that there are not students or other meetings already in my classroom. I feel face to face meetings can be very valuable, so I will do whatever I can to accommodate getting together with you.
