Dubbed the "Varsity sport for the Mind", the First Robotics competition for high school students applies the principals of PLTW engineering and innovation. In only their 2nd year of competition, the Kingsland TeKnights robotics team placed an impressive 22nd overall in the final regional team standings. Using limited resources, following strict rules, and meeting various competition standards, the team was able to shine at competition. With the help of advisors, volunteers and equipment sponsors, the team is looking forward to another year of competition.
