Kingsland Community Education Reimbursement Policy
For Adult & Youth Enrichment Classes
If Community Education cancels a class:
Full class tuition will be refunded
If the register cancels registration before class deadline:
Full class tuition will be refunded
If the register cancels registration after class deadline or is a no show for the class:
There will be no refund.
If I am eligible for a refund, how will I receive my refund?
If registration fee was paid with Cash or Check: Your cash or check will be returned to you.
If you registered by using the online FeePay system: Unfortunately we are unable to reverse a payment made with a credit card. In this case a check is needed to be cut from our District Office. When a check is cut from the District Office it needs to be signed off by the School Board before being mailed out. This happens once a month at the School Board meeting on the third Monday of the month. Your reimbursement check will be mailed to you the day after the School Board meeting.
