The Community Education Advisory Council helps Community Education staff determine the needs of the community. The Council advises in areas of budget, programming, marketing, and services.  
 
The purpose of the Community Education Advisory Council is: 
• To assess the needs and desires of the community at large 
• To serve as forums for discussion of community issues and concerns 
• To encourage cooperation with community agencies so that needs can be fully met with the least amount of duplication 
• To serve as ambassadors for the schools and community education programs and services.
